This Commercial Rights charge is When the artwork is the product itself, required if you intend to use the artwork for mass printing, mass distribution and/ or profitable activities, such as:
- Examples : Printing the artwork for sale
- Using the artwork in creating merch for sale

Commercial License AgreementsScope of this Agreement, This Agreement applies to commissioned design, product, service, or assets resulting from activity in the artistic field from Miyayantt. This Agreement governs the relationship between the parties and in no communication or other exchange, shall modify the terms of this Agreement unless agreed to in writing.Grant of Rights
1. The Illustrator remains the copyright holder of the illustrated works
2. The Client is granted the right by the Illustrator to use the Illustration(s)
3. Limitations of electronic use: Promotional products
The Client will not copy, duplicate, or reproduce the commissioned, design, product, service, or assets without purchasing an Extended Commercial License Miyayantt in a recorded agreement.Modifications
1. If the Client intends to make changes to the final Illustration(s), the Client is obliged to first seek approval from the Illustrator. The Illustrator has the first reservation to make such changes to the final illustration.
2. The Client will not modify or edit the commissioned, design, product, service without approval and consent from the miyayantt in a recorded agreement. Heavy modifications or edits are strictly prohibited, only minor or moderate modifications or edits have a potential for approval and consent.
3. The Illustrator has the right to ask for additional fees to make changes to the final Illustration(s). This additional fee will be agreed upon by both parties separately from the fees referred to in Fees and Payment section of this Agreement.Cancellation
1. If the Client cancels the Illustration(s) as referred to in this Agreement, all payments made by the Client to the Illustrator will not be refunded and the Illustrator has the right to offer the use of any work produced to another party without any obligation to provide compensation, penalty, or cost of any kind to the Client.
2. If the Illustrator cancels the Illustration(s) as referred of this Agreement, the Illustrator is obliged to return all fees paid by the Client and the Illustrator is prohibited from providing the use of the Illustration(s) to any party.Credits
1. The Client must include the Illustrator’s name for each use of the Illustration(s) by the Client.
2. The Client will not distribute, sell, transfer, or sub-license, trade, or expose the sale of the commissioned design, product, service to any third party.Originality of Work
1. The Illustrator guarantees that all Illustration(s) works submitted to the Client are original works of the Illustrator, therefore the Illustrator is responsible for any claims and/or plagiarism claims from any third party for the authenticity of the Illustration(s) work.
2. The Illustrator is responsible to acquire all necessary permissions/releases required for the creation of the illustration(s) in this Agreement.
